Pick your distance with a moderate 5K or challenging 10K course. The Mission 10K is the final event for the San Diego Trail Run Series. All runners and walkers who participated in fundraising efforts will be rewarded with an exclusive raffle. Register for ALL 4 races in the series for only $60 before Jan 1.

Day of registration and check in opens Saturday April 10, 2010 @ 7:30am
There is no pre-race check in for this event. All participants will check in and receive their bibs on the morning of the race, please arrive in time to check in before your race start. Bring cash or check ONLY for day of registration.

If it is determined that weather conditions are unsafe for the event, a reschedule date will be set and we are sorry but NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
EVENT AWARDS AND SERIES POINTS:
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age category listed below. Points will also be awarded to the top 15 male and female finishers of each race in the San Diego Trail Run Series and count towards the finals at the Mission Gorge 10K.

Description:
Runners and walkers are welcome in either event trail run/walk distance. The 5K will be a fun run/walk though Mission Trails around the grasslands loop trail. The trail is somewhat flat (strollers have successfully completed this trail) and more of a beginner trail run. The 10K is a little more of a challenge. There are a few more hills and some really cool scenery. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category of the 10K. Also the 10K is the final race in the San Diego Trail Run Series-winners will be announced after the race.

Directions:
The start and finish is in the equestrian staging area in the north east part of Mission Trails Regional Park off Mast Blvd. From the 52 east take the Mast Blvd exit, turn right on Mast Blvd and park in the lot at the end of the street to the left of the expo area.
